Meet all Flights

Avalon Airport Shuttle will meet all arriving and departing flights from Avalon Airport on a
7 day per week basis.

  • Geelong Bus Port to Avalon will operate on a "pre-booked" basis
  • Geelong Accommodation to Avalon will operate on "pre-booked" only
  • Corio Village will operate on a "pre-booked" basis
  • Avalon to Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surfcoast & Great Ocean Road will operate on a "pre-booked" basis"

Travel Times to Avalon

Geelong Bus Port to Avalon approx. - 35 minutes
Corio Village to Avalon approx. - 15 minutes
Torquay to Avalon approx. - 1hr 5minutes
Lorne to Avalon approx. - 1hr 45 minutes
Queenscliff to Avalon approx. - 1hr 20 minutes
Ocean Grove to Avalon - 1hr 5 minutes
Drysdale to Avalon - 1 hour

Vehicles

Four (4) Toyota Commuter Hi-Ace Vans with luggage trailers.

 

Customer Service Counters

Located at Avalon Airport to assist passengers with travel information and to allow payment of fares.

Located at 11-15 Douro Street, North Geelong to assist passengers with travel information and to allow payment of fares.

Luggage

PLEASE NOTE: AVALON AIRPORT SHUTTLE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LUGGAGE IN THE TRAILERS PROVIDED.

       

  • Excess luggage will only be carried at the discretion of Avalon Airport Shuttle staff and is subject to an additional charge at $5.00 per item
  • Limits apply to passenger luggage (i.e. 1 bag per passenger)
  • An animal or bird in an appropriate receptacle (container or cage) may only be taken or conveyed on bus (Guide dogs excepted)
  • Bikes can be carried if dismantled and secured in a box
  • No warranty of transportation for large or irregular shaped objects is made

Cancellation Policy

  • Failure to board without providing a minimum of 4 hours notice to Avalon Airport Shuttle will result in loss of fare
  • Fares are non-refundable
  • Smoking, Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Prohibited on Avalon Airport Shuttle services
